Founder and Vice President of Pike Appraisal Company. Jim has over 30 years of appraisal experience. He founded Pike Appraisal Company in 1986. Jim is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. He reviews and signs off on all apprentices’ reports, and is both a VA and FHA approved appraiser. Jim is a College graduate from the University of South Carolina and has an MBA degree from Webster University. He is a GAA with the National Association of Realtors, and has the CREA designation from the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. He is an avid sports fan. |
Linda M. Pike - CR 3229
Linda is the President and 51% owner of Pike Appraisal Company. She came to Pike Appraisal Company in 1997 after 20 years of banking experience. Linda is a Certified Residential Appraiser and is the fuel which makes the company go. Linda enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. |
Jeffrey Abrams - CR 4920
Jeff Abrams is both a VA and FHA approved appraiser. Jeff grew up in Ware Shoals, SC in the Upstate. He graduated with a degree in Management and Marketing from Lander University in Greenwood, SC. Jeff has been appraising with the Pike Appraisal team since 2004. Prior to appraising, he was a Class "A" member of the PGA of America and has served in a professional capacity at several different golf clubs. He is married to Becki and has a daughter, Emma and a son, Nick. Jeff enjoys golf and hunting with his son, coaching the kickers at Beaufort High School and watching Clemson Tiger Football.

Greg Sauls has been with Pike Appraisal since 2012 and is an FHA approved appraiser. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree in accounting. His experience includes working several years as a CPA and 20 years in the hotel business as a corporate controller and regional manager for a hotel management company in Savannah, GA. Greg was born in Beaufort, SC and has lived in the Lowcountry since. He is married with 3 children and enjoys boating, fishing and golf.

Griff Surrency has been with Pike Appraisal Company since 2016. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in Logistics. He then earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Griff's experience includes working several years of management in the Transportation Industry. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2007 selling Real Estate in the Tri-County area. Griff is currently an appraiser apprentice covering the Tri-County areas of Chatham, Effingham and Bryan Counties. Griff enjoys traveling and golf and spending time with his daughter and family.

Teri DeLoach has been with Pike Appraisal Company since June of 2017. Teri retired as a Vice President for a major corporate bank following a 25-year banking career. Teri manages the offices day to day operations. She resides on St. Helena Island is married and enjoys their 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
