Founder and Vice President of Pike Appraisal Company. Jim has 20 years of appraisal experience. He founded Pike Appraisal Company in 1986. Jim is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. He reviews and signs off on all apprentices’ reports, and is both a VA and FHA approved appraiser. Jim is a College graduate from the University of South Carolina and has an MBA degree from Webster University. He is a GAA with the National Association of Realtors, has the CREA designation from the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, and is an SRA candidate with the Appraisal Institute. Linda is the President and 51% owner of Pike Appraisal Company. She came to Pike Appraisal Company in 1997 after 20 years of banking experience. Linda is a Certified Residential Appraiser and is the fuel which makes the company go. She keeps up with all orders and makes sure they are done in a timely manner. In addition, she does her own appraisals along with doing the book work, keeping up with organizing practices and parties for the boys, running spelling tests at school, and occasionally cooking. Henry is a graduate from the College of Charleston where he was captain of the soccer team. Henry is a Beaufortonian and is an avid hunter and fisherman. Henry has become an expert in appraising properties in rural communities. He mainly covers the Hampton, Colleton and Allendale County areas. Dean Pirtle is a college graduate from Indiana State University. Dean has been with Pike Appraisal since June 2001. He is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. Dean will be handling the Georgia market, along with Jasper County. Dean is married to Jenni and they welcomed their first child John Winston Pirtle on February 4, 2009. Dean is an avid golfer and huge sports fan. To his credit, although from Indiana, he is still a Braves fan. |

Reed Yeager has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue
University, an MBA from the University of Dayton, and a Law Degree from
Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Reed has 35 years of experience with
four major computer companies (AT&T, NCR, HO, and Compaq). In addition, Reed

Matt moved to Hilton Head Island in 1999 from Cleveland, OH. He graduated from John Carroll University in 1999 with a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Business. Matt began appraising in 2003 and covers the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton markets. As a Certified Residential Appraiser, Matt has experience with high value and ocean oriented properties in excess of $5 million. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing softball and basketball.

Jeff grew up in Ware
Shoals, SC in the Upstate. He graduated with a degree in Management and
Marketing from Lander University in Greenwood, SC. He was a Class "A"
member of the PGA of America and has served in a professional capacity at
several different golf clubs for the past 10 years. Jeff's most recent job
was as the Head Golf Professional at Greenwood Country Club. Jeff, his
wife, Becki, their children and their dog, Sweetie, moved to the Beaufort
area in 2004 to pursue a career in the real estate appraisal field.
Jeff enjoys Clemson Tiger football on Saturday and
watching the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in the fall.

Jason moved to the Savannah/Hilton Head Island area in 1999 from Chicago, IL. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1997 with a B.S. degree in Geography. Jason was married in May 2008 to Lauren Flexon. The newlyweds have a new puppy and are enjoying married life. In his spare time he enjoys playing Rugby for the Hilton Head Island Team. daughter named Emma, a son named Nicholas, and is married to appraiser Jeff Abrams. She enjoys
